We are currently looking for an operator for a company in Mullsjö that works with the sales, warehousing, and distribution of their range of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) materials, gas equipment, and technical industrial gases. As an operator, you will work in a cohesive team of six people, where you together are responsible for the entire flow on-site.

The work includes everything from sorting and filling gas cylinders to quality control and packing customer orders. You will play a key role in ensuring that operations run efficiently and that safety is always the top priority. Since you work in an environment that encourages personal responsibility, we expect you to have the ability to understand the overall business picture and act proactively based on daily planning meetings.

The position is full-time and involves day shifts.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is a quick learner, structured, precise, and has an interest in industry.

• Self-motivated: You have a holistic perspective and can take initiative.
• Physical ability: The work is partly physical, requiring you to move safely and perform lifting tasks.
• Languages: Swedish is required, as the role involves both internal communication and customer contact. English is an asset.
• Desirable experience: We prefer that you have a background in process or industrial work. Experience in logistics is also highly desirable. A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
